Most turnkey projects take 6–10 weeks from approved design to handover, depending on scope. We share a timeline with your quote and keep you updated at every milestone.
Payments are milestone-based against an itemised quote. You can pay from your NRE/NRO account or by bank transfer, and we provide invoices for every stage. Nothing is paid before you approve it.
Some work can begin once you have access and the builder permits it. We coordinate with the builder and plan the schedule around your possession date.
No. The entire process — consultation, approvals, execution, and handover — is designed to run remotely, with video at every step. You're welcome to visit, but it's never required.
Yes. Our rental-ready package is built for lease-out, with durable finishes and staging for listing photos, coordinated with our rental management team.
